I had a lot of breathing issues while trying to do my morning running around the city and this mask has done an AMAZING job. It holds very well on my face and does not bother me while running. The ear loops do a great job of keeping this mask in place too. The mask is built really well, it includes a Velcro, which allows you to adjust the size in the back of the head, till it is tight enough to prevent air or dust to come in from the edges, which is so practical because I have a pretty small head haha :) It also includes the earloop design that keeps the mask stay locked in place. It even comes with a small adjustable peace of plastic on your nose to prevent any small holes, for it to be even more full proof.
