The single railblock is an integral component that takes filming to the next level. The single railblock female comes with many of the same features, all edges have been chamfered (knobs included) and it comes with a smooth and precise milled aluminum finish that also adjusts nicely to the industry standard 15mm rods. The single railblock female does not have the 1/4-20 set screw but rather a 1/4-20 thread that allows you to adjust any device that has a 1/4-20 thread such as an articulating arm, goose neck, or mini ballhead to position them exactly where they are needed. The single railblock female is certainly also a fine complement to any rig increasing its capabilities when filming.
