After looking through the listing, I bought this set The material is a very thin synthetic. They do not get hot under the lampI have very small hands so I knew they would not fit me properly. I am not upset about the fit, I knew they would be too long. I push the fingers back and bunch them up and that works fine for painting and curing. I do need to make sure they do not ride up over the polish while I'm working on my other fingers. If you have small hands, you'll have to decide if this is OK for you.Pros:*The fabric is smooth and lint free.*They go on and come off easily.*They cover your entire forearm preventing damage from any UV light that comes through the opening in your lamp.Cons:*They do not fit small hands. As seen in the photo's they cover a portion of my nailbeds, especially my pointer and pinky fingers. I wear a small to an extra small gardening glove to give perspective.*There was a black dot on one of my gloves when they arrived.
