These Elderberries were nice and firm with very few stems. The bag was full and there was no skimping on product as I have experienced in the past with other suppliers. I made 1 batch of Elderberry gummies and two batches of Elderberry syrup; 1 batch I used Zint and it, too, was a jar of gelatin for adults with extra collagen.
