Lot of perplexities
I've quite a lot of doubts about this water flosser... The jet comes like having hiccups and doesn't seem hard enough to remove parts of food, of dental plaque between the teeth, and the strength regulator doesn't seem to have any effect on the water jet (at the highest levels the water almost doesn't come out at all, apart for a small, weak spit...). The usage itself is very uncomfortable: the water jet constrains you to keep the head low on the basin, to avoid to have a proper shower, and in this way, you cannot check in a mirror what you are really doing. I don't understand if something is wrong in my device, or if the device itself is useless, or if I'm using in a way that is not the correct one.Really not sure if I want to keep it.

Almost as good as a Waterpik!
This is as effective as my Waterpik (which gave up the ghost just after the two-year warranty ran out). Only difference is that it you can feel the vibration a bit more in the hand. However, at a fraction of the price of a Waterpik, i can live with that. It's also compatible with original Waterpik attachments. Note, however, that it is supplied with a 3-pin plug (at least in the UK), so you would need a euro-style 2-pin adapter in order to use it with a shaver socket.EDIT: Stopped working after a couple of months!

Good value
My first ‘big’ water flosser, recommended by my hygienist. I do have a toothbrush style one, but the reservoir is so tiny, and it hasn’t got the power. This is so much better, I haven’t gotten past 3 on the scale of 1-10 power levels, it’s very surprising just how powerful it is. It does have the UK plug, but I have a shaver socket in my bathroom, so I use it with an adapter there, no issues with that. Otherwise, I’d have used it in the kitchen. For the price, it’s a pretty good buy.

Came fitted with a UK three pin plug.
I’m guessing most people will purchase this item intending to use it over a hand-basin in a bathroom. The problem here is mine came fitted a UK three pin plug, instead of a two pin plug, so couldn’t be used with a regular bathroom shaver socket.I wasn't prepared to mess around cobbling together a fix with plug adaptors (I’m not sure you can even get a adaptor to run a UK three pin plug off a UK two pin shaver socket) or trailing extension leads in a bathroom environment – so it was returned. It’s a shame really as it looked like a decent product.

Small and good value
Overall works well. Adjustable pressure, tank runs for a couple of minutes. Easy to fill up.Smaller than expected, which is good. Storage for nozzles in lid. Plain white and grey aestheticDownsides... Plug is 3 pin 13 amp, so need to use a euro travel adapter to use in bathroom shaver socket.Cable about 1.5m long.

Alarmingly hazardous
This does not have the safety plug that you'd expect to see on a dental device. It just a normal plug with a charger with exposed metal.I set it up and watched it leak until it was sat in a pool of water. That was when I realised how easily. I could be electricuted. Do not buy. I doubt this item meets EU regs.

Delivered without packaging apart from product box. Item did not work
Item did not work. The motor whirs but there is no water pumped down the attached hose to the attachment. There was water everywhere else. I had firmly attached the tank to the base but think the valves aren’t workings the tank also leaked water before being placed on the base. Very disappointing. Sometimes you do get what you paid for, Item returned

Where do I plug it in?!
Great product. I’m yet to use it. But it seems promising. The plug is a bit silly though. How does one plug it in to use??? No bathroom plus is like this. As recommended I used my EU adapter but it’s just highly unsafe! It’s sooo bulky meaning more likely to get water on it. The weighted plug is also pulling it down so I’ve had to use tape to keep it in place. Again unsafe. I would like to swap for an EU plug/wire or buy one that works perfectly with the product.
