These videos actually do the exercise together at your pace with you, and don't just show you moves for a couple of seconds and switch to the next. Choose the longest videos for the most wholesome foam-rolling massages.-Your body is not tense ALL over, so dont feel like you need to massage everything (it will take ages). Different people use different muscle groups. Once you find your own tight spot, you should concentrate and massage ONLY that tense area for about 1-1.5 minutes.
