This was my first watch from Eterna. There was very little information online but I took a chance.Right from the box, the second hand is misaligned. This is not what I want to see on a $700 watch.The stem is also gritty as if it has shavings in the threads.The amazing part of this purchase is that Eterna completely ghosted me when I asked about warranty coverage.I have 40+ years of dealing with watch companies, and I've never had an issue.STAY AWAY FROM ETERNA... that is my advice.They seem to be a barely surviving company that cares absolutely nothing about their customers.This watch feels like a complete waste of money.Hopefully this review helps someone.Eterna, if you are reading this, You have lost what could have been a customer for life. The watch is beautiful but should never have left the factory in its condition. Now I know why no one has anything good to say about them.
