I really like it though, so that's not a complaint for me.I've had this for a week and have spent some time in it almost every day. It's strong and soft. It's verrrrrry roomy. With the Python Straps and the biners, it's a very quick setup. I've already booked camping time in a few weeks because I have been waiting for a REAL hammock to use overnight. No more Costco jobbies for us. I have a Klymit hammock pad for it, which helps hold the sides open and off of me, as well as adding insulation and helping to lay flat. Even works on an asymmetrical lay. Going to pick up the Dragonfly bug net this weekend.Note: The second time I used it, I noticed some stitches coming loose on the inside drawstring's channel. I called Kammok and they said they'll fix stitching that affects the structure but this issue should not be a problem and the hammock was still usable. I agreed that it's still usable, but still returned for a replacement through Amazon. I hope it was just a one-off thing. If it happens again I'm just going to hand stitch it back myself. If you're looking for a hardcore, ultra lightweight hammock for camping or backpacking and every nano-gram counts then this is NOT the hammock for you. However if you're looking for a compact, lightweight hammock that is amazingly comfortable then get this hammock. Period.I'm 6'4" and about 275lbs so I really wanted something sturdy that I'd feel comfortable in. Of the hammocks I looked at this one had the highest weight rating (500lbs) so that was definitely a big factor. I've used it quite a bit in the 6 weeks I've owned it and have always felt stable and comfortable in it. A few times my wife has joined me in the Roo and we've had no problems. Not only is it sturdy but it feels incredible. Very soft and great for lounging in, sleeping or settling down with a good book. It has a great warranty and part of your purchase goes to a great cause. I'm loving my Roo and plan on getting another one soon. I ordered the Roo Red which turned out to be orange. Not quite sure which planet this orange qualifies for red on. I really wish Kammok had more colors to choose from but alas. Other than that, this hammock is perfect!! I like to do my research before investing in any product and I am so glad I decided on this one. I have never owned a hammock before or set one up and I had this one up in minutes! I ordered them along with the python straps and all in all am very happy with my purchase.
