We all know the benefits of excessive sweating in workouts so I decided to give it a try.1. I am 5'6, 130lbs....I ordered the small.. it fits fine, snug - but fine.2. I love the material - it's super sturdy and you can tell it's well made.3. The armpit area!!! It's ventilated so even though you are dying of heat - the armpits cool out nicely.4. You can wear it under even a small t shirt and no one can see it!The first day I tried it I put a tank top underneath to get an idea of how much sweat I was going to produce. The whole time I was thinking "There is going to be no sweat...I can't feel anything" but sure enough...I took off the vest and BAM ...sweat!The second day - no tank top under it and boy, it was a huge difference. I want this garment so bad! I wear a size 14 and ordered the XL.
