I decided to give this product a try after researching the supplements that it contains. So far, I haven't had any issues or side effects from using this product. It's easy to take and there seems to be science backing up the ingredients of this supplement that points towards it being effective. Most of the individual ingredients have been found to improve circulation or reduce inflammation. It's worth noting that a lot of these supplements can thin the blood and/or lower blood pressure, so that's something to keep in mind if dizziness or easy bruising can be a problem for you. I highly recommend taking the time to research each component of this supplement to make certain that they don't interact with any medicines you're currently taking or any health conditions you have.
