It sticks to you and without even excercising you begin to sweat bucket loads.Now I would personally take a note of your weight before and after excercise. This is a great product for helping g lose those extra LBs or KGs.It even has side pockets for your phone to listen to tunes when working out.The material is robust and well made. Would recommend for those serious on weight lose.
