The strawberry ones were easier to get down though. They have a slight bitter after taste but once you eat a couple you will get used to it and it's really not that bad. Review: The taste is hard to swallow. - I was encouraged that it had only 11 sugars which is low compared to other meal replacement options. Sadly, it tasted like it contained 30 sugars! It must be the added FLAVOR that gives it such an unpleasant, sweet taste. The texture, which others described as "gritty" was not a problem for me. I liked it. Also, the portion size was big (compared to baby food pouches). Taste so so bad.... he said this is for rabbit or animal food. It has all the chunk inside like when you grind veggies and fruit. He is still trying to drink because of the money we spent. He eats like drinking medicine. He said it’s worse than oriental herb medicine.
