AMAZING
I think these are unbelievable! This is actually the first time I've written a review on Amazon, but I feel like I have to with these. I am trying to do a low carb/low cal diet to lose about 30 pounds, and have a huge weakness for pasta. I have tried Shirataki noodles, spaghetti squash, skipping the pasta altogether and just making veggies with sauce, and this is BY FAR the best way to quench my craving for pasta.I bought a package and boiled the whole thing. I split it up to make two different meals with. The first one was simple jarred sauce and parmesan and the second was the noodles, sauteed zucchini and tomato, ricotta cheese, and parmesan. Both were DELICIOUS. With the tomato sauce dish, I really couldn't even tell the noodles were any different. Maybe they're slightly more fragile, but it's no worse than whole wheat pasta, which has all the carbs and calories. With the second dish, the noodles were coated in less sauce, but I still didn't mind them at all. It felt like I was eating an enormous bowl of pasta for lunch, but guilt-free. Also, with so few calories from the noodles themselves, you can treat yourself to lots of cheese and toppings.I would love to see some more variety in types of noodles, but am going to keep buying this regardless!

It's good
1. Many broken pieces upon delivery.2. The only instructions say to boil to desired texture, it would have been nice to at least have a ballpark estimate so I wouldn't have to stand over boiling water for 10 minutes.3. Texture: On it's own it's a little weird. Do NOT expect regular pasta texture. It's similar, but has a more melt in your mouth texture. Not as dense as regular pasta, but WAY better than that shirataki crap.4. Taste: Doesn't really taste like anything, which is good, because it a sorbed the flavor of my alfredo sauce really well.Over all, it was a great pasta substitute. The best I've had yet.

Very pricey but really good pasta.
This pasta is pricey. If you are looking for a substitute for traditional pasta for health reasons, this is a great pasta. This brand, in whatever form you choose, tastes very much like traditional pasta. It is a little bit firm but if you choose to cook it a bit longer that makes it a bit softer but don't let that hold you back. This is the best pasta substitute that I have found and I can not tell the difference honestly, except with the price. After weight loss surgery, I require much smaller servings, so a bag of this pasta can last me for 5-6 meals so for me the price works out, but if you are only getting one or two servings out of this bag, then the price might not make sense.

Terrible
What a Terrible tasting product. My wife made a beautiful Zucchini Marinara. I added the Impastable Fetucccine to her sauce. It did not matter how much cheese or hot pepper I added, I still could not eat it. I had to throw out the entire meal. It tasted horrible! What a waste of almost $30.00 after shipping for a pound of Neveragain Pasta....NEVER AGAIN!!

I get to eat pasta again!
I really had low expectations for this pasta, as many low carb foods taste terrible. These Impastables: delicious! The cook WAY faster than regular gluten pasta and it would have been nice if the manufacturer gave you at least a range for the cooking time. The cooking directions: "cook to desired consistency." They need to fix that. But the pasta itself tasted really similar to the pasta I've been craving for 4 months! I will definitely buy this again. My daughter who also eats low carb was the one who figured out how long to cook the fettuccine (3-4 minutes) recommended this to me, and I'm glad she did. I can now eat pasta again!

Not worth 17.98 for 1 8 ounce package didn't taste anything like real pasta!!!
The pasta first of all was a rip-off, I realized after I received it that it was a per ounce charge. My bad,,I never would have purchased it. Cooked for the recommended 5-7 minutes and it was very hard in texture, gave it a few more minutes and it all fell apart. Not even close to pasta in texture or taste. What a waste of money, I threw it in the garbage after tasting a few bites. I thought it would be good because of the great reviews. I don't understand how it got such a high rating. If I could it would be 0 stars

Boiled chalk
If you like uncooked pasta, then this is for you. Doesn’t cook like or chew like pasta. Tastes like chalky uncooked flour when you follow the cooking instructions. If you boil it closer to 15 minutes, better but yes it does start to fall apart. Yes it can never be an impasta for pasta.
