A little different than I am use to
got this one a few days ago, on the box there seems to be little indication about the graphics card, when you open up the pc manager etc, you will see it but i could not see how big the card was, so, i downloaded specky, this program is made by ccleaner, very safe and free. this lists everything your laptop has including the 2 graphics card, one 512 and the dedicated 2GB, very clearly. it seems to be an issue for a lot of people finding it. i hope this helps you. so onto the performance, I have not used AMD for pc/laptops before. I do find it fairly fast, please note , this is not a gaming laptop and will handle small games well, do not buy this for big titles, such as GTA5 etc it will not work out for you. slightly slower than an intel i5 for example, but still very good for browsing, youtube, will play prime videos and music fine. i have this going through my 50 inch 4k tv, fantastic picture. so the HMDI part of it is very good. i think for the price, which was just under £300 it is well worth the money. i added an amazon basic usb extender this works great. for anyone wanting to try out an amd laptop, at this price all is good. i did a full recovery after my windows was ready to use. the lag from chrome is minimal. The built in Microsoft edge browser does one extremely fast although if you download in use Chrome ma that does seem to take between 4 and 6 seconds to load once the main browser is loaded everything's all fast. enough so i am happy to give it 4/5.

Reasonable Price & decent Graphics
Brought this for my wife after her 4year old laptop died (knocked by the dogs!). It arrived promptly (day early). Its lightweight but feels well made. The Screen is full HD - its fantastic to look at photo's on! It was easy enough to set up, with Windows 10 pre-installed (just needs personalising & then updating). Word of caution: It doesn't come with a recovery disk, albeit the Laptop does come with a DVD-RW so it should be fairly simple to burn one off if needs be.As noted in the questions, the sound quality isn't fantastic - but its decent enough for what you would expect from a laptop. The Battery life isn't great - its around 4hours long with the laptop running at normal use (i.e. not battery saving mode): However the reason for that would be the main reason we chose the laptop: Its AMD Processor & Graphics Card.Unlike a lot of laptops out there at this price range (£350), this one comes with a dedicated graphics card. Its not top of the range by any stretch of the imagination, but you wouldn't expect it to be at £350. Nor is the processor - its a fairly recent processor (released January 2019), but its a basic low cost budget processor - but for £350, you can't complain. It also comes with a very generous 8GB of RAM - all of which means that you have a reasonably priced laptop more than able to meet everyday family tasks perfectly comfortably, whilst having the ability to play a few moderate games such as the Sims 4 (on High Graphic settings!)........ which is exactly what we were looking for. We didn't want to fork out the £600+ you would fork out for a dedicated gaming laptop, but likewise we didn't feel comfortable forking out around the £200-£250 for a very basic laptop which you'd be unable to do much more than office admin on. This laptop met the sweet spot which is why we chose it. So far, so good!In terms of Lenovo - my wife's previous laptop was one, it survived for 4 years, during which time I have lost count of the amount of times it had been knocked onto the ground by our 2 young border collies. We eventually replaced it when it finally stopped working: But it did survive a lot of bumps & knocks. Its a fairly robust brand - hopefully this one will be also!

Good Value
I have now had my new laptop for a month now and overall I am very pleased with it. At £348 I thought this was great value for a Lenovo laptop .Delivery was excellent with order to delivery in under 48 hrs. Well packaged too.I found it easy enough to set up and then just started to personalize it, again fairly simple. Pleased with the screen and although some people complain about audio I don't find this a problem as I prefer to use quality headphones instead. It also comes with a DVD/CD drive in built so no problems playing my CD's.It has 2 x USB 3.0 ports but very cheap to buy an extra 4 plug in.Now for my only gripe. The battery life is quite poor in that I have now recharged it fully 3 times and yet still only get about 3 1/2 hrs before having to plug it back in. ( Battery saving mode on too ). was expecting at least 4+ hours. Will let it completely drain again to see if any improvement occurs. Thankfully I use it plugged in the mains for majority of the time. All in all well pleased with my purchase.

Reasonable machine for the price
I purchased this so that I could create and edit videos. The 8gb ram currently handles the software I'm using. It is a reasonably quiet machine and mostly works well. There are a couple of things that did disappoint me. Firstly the battery life. It seemed to run down rather quickly so i have it plugged in most of the time. Even being plugged in for 24 hours it doesnt seem to reach full charge.Secondly, the mouse pad doesnt always react as well as it should. Conversely sometimes it is too sensitive and ends up causing problems with my editing. With all that said im not sending it back due to the amount of work I have done on it so far.Overall a reasonable machine with good specs for the price. I wasnt expecting MAC quality, afterall it was only £349. As they say, you get what you pay for.Happy shopping my fellow Amazoneers.
