They come in different sizes and there's so many of them to use! I don't think I'll ever run out of them. I literally bought a brand new big bag to keep this and four other wheels organized, and now I'm laughing at how unnecessary that was. I will probably lose this before I ever get a chance to use it. I was also surprised at how little jewels there are compared to the space available. That being said, I suggest taking a long hard look at this photo before making the purchase, because the closer I look at the photo, the more I'm realizing it's not that far off, they just really don't offer you much in the way of jewels.I will still get a few uses out of this (hopefully) and the jewels are in fact different sizes (looks more like 4 than 12 different sizes to me, but what do I know). There's just not a lot. Another bonus is I do like the way the wheel is designed.
