Fabrique Délices selects a limited number of "All Natural" meat suppliers according to its high standard of quality. All meats used in this "All Natural" line of products are guaranteed antibiotics & hormones free. Animals are fed with the purest natural feeds (No animal by- product), and they are free of preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites. Fabrique Delices is based out of San Francisco's Bay Area, where they have been perfecting their French meat curing recipes since 1985.
