    Powerful results! Comprehensive, but easy to use  after WLS

I love this book. As a gastric bypass patient, it helps me track just the right information. Other books I tried seemed to always be missing 1 or 2 things and would sometimes have several items I wasn't tracking. The layout flows smoothly too. Plus, I really appreciate the goal setting, monitoring, and recalibration cycle. I love technology andI know that there are many apps that do similar things, but I  get better results with a combination of an app to track on the go and completing this book once a day. I do mine in the evening for reflection. As fellow data geeks know, the act of tracking alone yields significant progress. Tracking with analysis produces even faster and stronger results. I noticed that when I used the app alone, I didn't "understand" or invest in the results as much as with this book.

This thing is beyond detailed. It makes this surgery even more overwhelming. You already have to eat, drink, chew vitamins and calcium every hour of every day. Especially the first 3 months.  This book would take a very obsessive personality to be useful-ish. I took one look at the edge to edge filled pages of endless form filling and instantly knew it was getting returned. This surgery is hard enough without having to write ad nauseam.
