Before purchasing I contacted the company by email to check in on some questions regarding what ingredients they have in their facility because we have a severe allergy in our family. They were very prompt in getting back to me right away and thoroughly answered my questions. Each container is one serving size, we had smaller bowls and split the serving size. They thaw very quickly under running water.
