Please note: the description states these are Li-On. They are actually Lithium Polymer batteries. I charged them over night. The red LED never changed to green as implied. They come with a charging cord. One gets 4 batteries and the cord has 3 pig tails. Not sure about the math there. Overall, I think I will be pleased with them. I'll probably add to this post in the future.Update: Have been using in a motion activated light since April 10th and in a clock. Both are still working fine. The clock shows no sign of slowing down. It's keeping perfect time.
