First off, I actually like Dremel. If you are just a Suzie homemaker and you don’t need grit, brawn and real man tools, go with Dremel. It will heat up and crap the bed on ya when you have big jobs and need it most. I wore out 2 Dremels on real work at 80 bucks a pop. Having enough of that, I went Amazon browsing and decided I’d roll the dice on the Goxawee. 10 minutes after UPS dropped it off I was using metal carbide blades in it to cut thru 1967 American steel. I had started cutting off a 50 year old radiator bolt and the Dremel gave up the goods 8 minutes in. I won’t even get into how the Dremel got so hot I needed gloves to hold it. Not the Goxawee...not only did it power thru the bolt the Dremel feebly left intact, it also sliced right thru the other bolt on the opposite side. Never got hot, never strained, and I actually believe it smoked a cigarette when I put it back in its case. This a man tool and worth every penny.

I was skeptical ordering because its a unheard of brand. So far have about 20 hours of manifold porting on this thing and its a workhorse. I AM VERY SURPRISED. The cooling design of this rotary is amazing for an electric rotary the cooling fan keeps it very cool with extended use compared to a dremel and it has alot more power then the biggest dremel as well as a larger collet for use with bigger accessories as well as being able to use 1/8 dremel sized bits. The mini rotary attachment works well also. This tool is amazing so far and has handled everything ive thrown at it. Handles extended use much better and alot cooler then a dremel ever has for me. Cant go wrong with this tool

Really happy with this tool, I have so many projects already, starting for cleaning and sharpening all my garden tools. Make sure to use safety goggles. The only thing I miss is a stand to hang it so I can use the extension accessory for handling the tool more easily and precisely. Pictures before and after cleaning a garden tool. I can do so much now !!! I always loved to do diy with plastic and i feel that this was a great investment towards my diy fun . The rotary tool is super fast and very reliable , watch my review video for how to install the tools or drills . This tool is also very heafty feeling and its worth my time and money to use this .

I purchased this without having any idea how to use it or any drill/tool experience. I needed something to put holes in seashells so I could make a wind chime. Well this tool has by far exceeded my expectations. It works wonderfully to put small holes in my shells without breaking them!!! Yipeeee! It does take a little patience but works great! I am also using this for several other crafting projects. How did I live so long without one of these in my life.

This is not my first high speed rotary tool. I own and use a Dremel tool and a few bigger electrical die grinders. So I think I can give a fair review considering features, build quality and price.This kit consists of a main rotary tool, flexible shaft attachment and an assortment of cutting tools. I was able to test it and came up with the following parameters at idle (no load) condition.At min speed setting: 0.87A, 62.4W, 0.59PF, 20000 RPM.At max speed setting: 1.04A, 123W, 0.99PF, 29000 RPM.Speed adjustment range is very narrow comparing to Dremel, but it is fine for grinding. The included drill chuck will accept any tool up to 7 mm in diameter. This is good because included tools vary in diameters and you would need several collets to hold them, if you would have a collet chuck instead.Collet chuck is considered the gold standard for such high speed tools due to its accuracy and low weight and size. Drill chuck should be considered only to hold the non-standard tool shanks. Grinding dust can interfere with a drill chuck operation, but fortunately this tool has front motor cooling exhaust and blows most of the dust away.Flexible shaft attachment has a collet chuck with only one .118” (3 mm) collet. The attachment shanks vary from .110” to .130”, so most of them will not fit this collet. The collet is not compatible with Dremel and you cannot use Dremel collets in this tool.There are quite a few cutting tools included in this set. Unfortunately most of them have non-standard shanks and are in general low quality.The included instruction sheet has multiple color pictures, but describes a different flexible shaft and has no information about cutting tools.If you are a beginner weekend warrior, this universal kit may be a good fit for you. Otherwise stay away – there are better choices.

My first little drill, pretty dang good!When I was researching I wanted a powerful tool. This is the most powerful for the price I could find on Amazon.It’s easy to use and full of options to work with. I still don’t know what most of the accessories are for but already used it several times on my old car and wife crafting hobby. Working on the car is so much easier now and the flexible shaft is good for wife’s crafts.

Prior to purchasing this I asked for some information about whether this would be appropriate to use for drilling sea glass. I was told that it would be by both customers and the seller as long as I have the correct diamond tipped drill bit. It does drill glass. But it is much, much too heavy to use for that purpose. If you are a hobbyist looking to drill multiple pieces of glass I would definitely steer clear of this one. I went back to a Dremel. Much lighter weight and more appropriate for the task.
