The Lemon & the Cookies/Cream. I needed an occasional treat to fulfill that sweet craving. This will work. It's just enough like icing to fool my brain. A comparison of the flavors. The lemon was a much thinner consistency, but my favorite. A little grainy, perhaps, but that's not really a drawback. The cookies/cream is thicker, and I don't think it's just the cookie crumbs. I also thought it had a slightly odd after taste, but I did try the lemon first.
