I am not too sure if i like the cover part. cannot say what its main purpose is, because it partly covers tp. I am guessing its to hold down paper firmly. The arms were loose, i had to take apart and install my own washer to hold screw into place. Every time i change out the roll of toilet paper it completely shifts the entire holder.
