It gives me multiple concave/convex edges with the built-in stainless steel grip area makes it so easy to control even with lubrication on my hands. I love how it is one molded and highly polished, super smooth piece of metal, making it easy to be confident about sanitizing it. There are no separate plastic inset pieces to get that grippy part, it's all molded right into the metal, so I don't have to worry about bacteria gathering at joints, because there aren't any. I find that the price is very reasonable considering the high quality material, design, and finish of this piece. It will last forever.
