Easy to install without any hassle. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars LEAKED on day one AND has WRONG THREAD pattern!!!!! *by K***. on Reviewed in the United States on October 31, 2020* This product had two independent flaws. The threads on the back are not the correct pattern AND it malfunctioned internally on day one!!! The leak was unrelated to the incorrect thread pattern.The valve seemed to work well enough the day I installed it into my washer but the MORNING AFTER I installed it I noticed that my washer was full of water and overflowing onto my washroom floor. It seems apparent that the only thing that would cause this is that the valve (which should be defaulting to a closed position when no power is applied) is malfunctioning and not closing internally. This leads to the washer filling up with a slow drip and eventually flooding. Lucky for me I caught it in time but for others this could leads to tens of thousands of dollars of damage. The leak rate was about 5 gallons in 12 hours. Plenty fast to ruin sheetrock if you leave town for a weekend.I just bought an OEM from a non-Amazon website. Cost >3x more but hopefully OEM won't have the same problems.Also in retrospect after reading more reviews (because this valve failed) it appears that the hose threads on the back of the valve are NOT standard american hose threads. I was not able to tighten my cold water hose by hand and the plastic threads appeared to have a much finer thread pattern than the standard male hose threads would be. I had to use a channel-lock pliers to tighten my hose to the valve. I fully suspect that I cross-threaded the valve body threads in the process. This is a less severe but still valid reason to leave a poor product review.Even if you buy this valve and you get lucky because your particular one doesn't leak; the thread pattern is still incorrect for american supply lines and that will affect all American customers.My advice is get a different valve.
