**Q: Where are the ARS hand pruners manufactured?**
A: The real ones are from Japan. I’ve gotten both the legit pruners and cheap knock-offs from China from Amazon. Returned the knock-offs.

**Q: is the spring too strong for painful arthritic hands?**
A: Not in my own arthritic hands! Very easy to use.

**Q: How do i know when i get ars hp-vs7xz is real product or replica (cheap copy), is there some special marks on product or something?**
A: The original product will have engraved on the anvil “made in Japan” on the cutting blade will have engraved the model name “VS-7” and the manufacturer name “ARS Corporation” on the locking  mechanism you can also fine the brand name engraved as “ARS” 
The original product should feel solid and well made.
