PROS: -- Can soak them beforehand for a faster cook -- They are great on their own with just some sauce -- Can be used for so many kinds of meals No negatives, IMO. I just had to learn not to overcook them. They are easy to get to the right texture in very little time. I use these for stirfry and boiled. They taste so good with any kind of sauce. I'm going to try using these the next time I make a spaghetti sauce, just to see!
