They are so much thicker and more durable than regular food handling polyethylene gloves and are nearly impossible to rip, even if I try. I have extremely small, slender, cute, dainty hands and this medium size has a perfectly snug fit across my palm. I love that I can slide these on easily without any powder. The grip is amazing, as well. I'm able to easily pick up and hold onto wet dishes and glasses with these hybrid gloves. Although these hybrid poly gloves are obviously intended for handling food, as the product title, product description, product pictures, and product video all clearly indicate, I've also used these disposable gloves while grocery shopping to push the shopping cart around, open the doors in the frozen food (ice cream) aisle, and to use the credit card processor at the checkout counter, as well as for other light duty tasks around the house such as light cleaning or coloring my hair. The price is great, too; especially when I buy two or more cases. I'm so glad that I found these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Daxwell Disposable Stretch Polyethylene gloves *by M***M on January 16, 2013* Much less expensive than vinyl disposable gloves, but more expensive than regular polyethylene ones. Obviously not as durable as vinyl, but great for my purposes, and so much easier to open up (to put on) than regular polyethylene. I like that they're flexible and stretch and you can pick a size so you get a better fit, though it was hard to know what size you need since the description didn't show a picture or have measurements. I got the medium (on box, measurement approx 3 and 5/16in from edge of hand to crook of thumb). They're big enough for me (I'm female and have small hands) and work fine, but I am going to try the large size (approx 3 and 5/8in) for my next purchase, so other family members with bigger hands can use them too (and perhaps the finger length will be longer -- I have long fingers). By the way, the x-large is approx 4 and 1/16in, the small is 3 and 1/16in. I use them for food prep and handling raw meat. I also use them for light cleaning -- if dishwashing or cleaning in the bath, I find sometimes my hands do get wet which is ok by me since they're not long in length so it's probably just rinse water, but they keep the cleaners from the sponges off my skin and hands. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best gloves on the market! *by L***L on April 13, 2025* Best gloves on the market.
