The people performing on the DVD are highly accomplished practitioners and it is fairly easy to follow along if you have any kind of martial art or qigong training. The English spoken on the DVD is clear and easy to understand. I can't say enough about the Chinese Health QiGong Association's instructional materials - they are the best on the market. I bought everything they've produced and highly recommend them all to qi gong enthusiasts. Most come with a DVD AND a CD along with the book.

For the price I was amazed at the high quality of the DVD and CD that came with the book. The book itself offers clear and precise instructions for the Taiji Stick form. The DVD took me a minute to navigate and figure out how to access the whole form from start to finish. The individual moves are clearly demonstrated on the DVD and video quality is superb. The people performing on the DVD are highly accomplished practitioners and it is fairly easy to follow along if you have any kind of martial art or qigong training. The English spoken on the DVD is clear and easy to understand. As others have observed, there is no DVD per the online photo. Instead there is a note on the cover directing the reader to online instructions. However there is no online address given anywhere in the book. If I am going to spend time searching online for their instructional materials, I won't need this book. Returning.
