    Cute costume especially for the price

Super cute little Mermaid costume for the price. The shells on the headband fall off easily, but you can put them back on simply. The costume is a little long so it makes it a little hard for my daughter to walk in but she doesn't care, she loves it! She just lifts it up when walking around a lot. It fits very well and true to size throughout the rest of the costume.

Purchased as a gift for my 5 year old neice's mermaid-themed birthday. The package lists the size as 4-6, and she will probably be able to wear this for another 2 years. It is extremely long, so plan to pin it up if using for halloween or a costume party. Works just fine for day to day dress up.

My daughter LOVES this mermaid costume. She is 5 years old and tall for her age. I got the X-Small size and it is very long on her. She has to pick it up to walk or her feet will get tangled up in all the extra material. She doesn't seem to be bothered by it though. She has worn it a lot to play in and it's held up surprisingly well. No rips yet. The sequins fell off quite a bit in the first few times she wore it but it really isn't that noticeable that they are missing. Oh and be aware that the boa shown in the picture doesn't come with it but the little shell headband does. The headband is flimsy but kind of cute. All in all, this costume has been good so far for my daughter to play in. I definitely wouldn't pay over $20 for it though.
