It is lightweight, portable, and versatile. I purchased it primarily for the exercises that can be completed using the door attachment. I would estimate the resistance at about 15-20 pounds, based on the number of repetitions I can do with this as compared to weights in the 20-35 pound range. The door attachment works well and allows me to target specific areas for toning. The nylon bands around the plastic handles rotate freely so that everything can be adjusted for maximum comfort for the exercise you are completing. In general it seems well-constructed, and no part seems like it will easily fail. I feel safe while using the product. The included charts are actually helpful for me, allowing me to complete some additional exercises that I would not even have thought about.
