To be fair this product is way better than I thought. I felt it was really expensive and there were some similar cheaper ones online. The reviews said they were flimsy so I bit the bullet and paid more. I’m glad I did because this is really sturdy and has a quality feel to it. I’ve put a 1 star for softness because it’s a big chunk of metal, not really sure why it’s an option. Anyway, really happy.

This is nice, but I foolishly decided to get this more expensive one of the two similar options on Amazon. (In the listing picture this has straight feet and no back panel.) On delivery, I see I have received not the item pictured but exactly the same one as is available for £11 less. It has cloven feet and a back panel. Wish I’d paid the lower price since that’s what I received. Otherwise it’s nice.
