All vacuum packed in a neat box with instructions.Once I started getting all the bits out and fluffing them up I was all ready to start rubbishing this product and started taking photos...However I am not going to be too harsh and I will reserve judgement for a while. The first thing I noticed was that the cushions that come with it are tiny. About the size of my hand and more like dog toys than cushions... however I wasn’t buying cushions and they were ‘complimentary’ so i’m not too bothered. They make a nice addition to the bed regardless of their size.Then I got out the stuffing and the side inserts seemed to be OK although in that horrible paper/fabric material that breaks down easily and falls apart... but they seem substantial.The bit that let the whole thing down was the bed base which had hardly any stuffing in it and feels really limp and pathetic. You can see through it and it doesn’t look comfortable at all...However... once you zip it all in to the cover, it really does fill out and puff up into a good size bed. The winning feature is the outside cover...The outer cover looks and feels strong and is made of a quality material. So far (2 hours) it has stood up and held its shape really well. I imagine over time it will go a bit limp, but I think the cover will do really well. It seems to trap air and that makes the bed seem more comfortable that you would expect from the filling. Maybe it’s clever german engineering or luck? I don’t know?The colours are great and just what we were hoping for.The price was good for the size but i’m holding back on the 5th star until it’s been a month or so and gotten a good test by our 2 hour hounds. ### ⭐⭐ i'll start with the good things, its water proof *by D***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 January 2018* i'll start with the good things, its water proof, not bad size (ordered xxl) same colour as pictured, and the stuffing filled the sides rather well.bad points are, the stuffing in the middle is lacking at 1st it fill the bed up but after a few hours of use the stuffing is all flat. 2nd i found a pen stuck inside the middle pillow which i luckily found before letting my dog use the bed. and 3rd the pillows that come with it are so tiny and crap feeling they should just remove that from the product and use the money saved to improve the bed itself. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely recommend! *by A***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 February 2017* Great material. Can vaccum and spot wash it, no problem but it is a slightly noisy material. Ordered an XL for my cocker spaniel and it is very spacious. Could fit 2 in there! The little cushions aren't exactly as they are in picture (little less fluffed up) but he seems to like fetching them to me every 2 minutes. I love that you can take out all the inside fillings and wash the outside cover. Quite stylish for a dog bed, looks great in the living room.
