Review: Works great - This is good stuff, it sprays on very nice and covers well soaks in and drys fairly quick. No reason to put 2 coats on, the second coat just beads up and runs off. I Put it on old brickwork that I had to do tuck pointing on. It sealed the new mortar and old brick with no issues. I put it on with the temp just at the low end 50*and it still dried pretty fast under 30 min. The old brick really sucked up the sealer so I only covered about 30 sq ft in 1/2 gallon. It is a bit more expensive than other sealers but if it lasts as long as it advertises then it’s well worth the cost, I will buy more in the spring when I redo the rest of the brick on the house

I used this product back in 2018 when my house was built and today in 2024 my concrete sidewalks look like the day they were poured. All of my neighbors: crumbling, dirty, falling apart, and pitted. I went ahead and bought another gallon and coated all of my wood under my porches and even my unfinished basement. Not having to worry for 15 years is an incredible feature even counteracting the slightly higher price of this product.
