It fit comfortably and the straps on the shoulders did not slip at all like some of my other bags. I loaded it with two 500ml soft bottles and 4 gels. Probably could squeezed a few more in if needed. In the back I had a rolled light weight rain coat, phone and small first aid kit. Great buy. Light and airy and far more comfortable than a running belt. Fits over boobs better than other more expensive brands that I’ve tried ! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Very light and great potential but not unisex fit as it's not adjustable *by A***A on 7 May 2019* I was so excited when this arrived as it was exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. However, when I tried it on it was huge, despite the size information suggesting it would easily fit me. I tried it on over multiple layers and a thick jacket (which is way more than I'd normally run in) but still no joy, and when I loaded a soft flask into the front pocket it just bounced all over the place and was about to fall out as the pack is just too loose on me.
