Great after sales service!
We actually had the metal piece missing which joins the handlebars to the main body of the bike. When I brought this to the attention of Nicko the response was friendly, apologetic and very efficient with the part being sent by 1st Class Post that day.It’s a lovely sturdy bike but most impressive was how I was treated when we had a problem!

Brilliant!
A gift for my Godson who is about to turn two. Arrived promptly and was really easy to put together (minimal assembly). It was being used within minutes of being out of the box. Has adjustable height so he can put his feet to the floor but has room to grow with it too.

Avoid
just received second bike first had peices missing.This one has all 4 washers missing and the wood is chipped would not reccomend this bike at all, all though looks amazing its clearly cheap wood and kids could get splinters from it.wish i inspected the wood on the first bike befor asking for replacement.

Good trainer: Indoors
Easy to put together, sturdy. Only slight gripe is that the wheels are hard plastic, better suited to indoors, but not perhaps for the pavement - overlooked that detail in the description. Still, probably okay on grass in the back garden, but overall very good value for money for a training/balance bike.

Fab little item, my son is now 2.5 yo (about 90 cm tall) and this balance bike is great for him. It's been in use every day since we got it, it's light but sturdy, beautiful colour and design. The fact that it's wooden is important to us. Overall great but for £30.

Doesnt kast long
Daughter loved it, lasted less than 2 months before front started snapping then when she was riding it the back wheel broke off. Wont be buying again stick to metal! Daughters now heart broken as she cant ride it.

Great wooden balance bike
Bought to help a 3 yes old learn to balance. She loved it and it worked very well. Easy to assemble.

5 yo still doesn’t like it.
Very lovely bike, however my 2.5 yo still doesn’t like it...maybe is too early for her. But very nice made product and easy to assemble
