Even instructions are in broken English. Voltage measured 195 to 208, but THERE IS NO GROUND (see photos). Fortunately, I unscrewed the panel to see what was wrong. This would NEVER pass any quality test in the USA. I would deem this device to be a FIRE HAZARD, as wiring is not even 18 gauge ... 1200 Watts at 220VAC!!!
