I am pleased with the quality, very well made. The color and design look much better in real life. It goes well with the lunch box we have (pink). We have been using it for a few months. It has kept in a good shape. We haven’t used it for any iced or hot items so cannot make comment on insulation. But we don’t think it matters so much. The insulation keeps the lunch box safe and clean.

I really like. Just a couple of things- it's bigger than I expected, much bigger than the panini yumbox, also the zipper doesn't slide smoothly, so sometimes it's a little bit difficult for my son to open it.
