I really love the fit of it. I am 5'3" 145lbs and I ordered a medium. I'd say I am an athletic pear shape so I tend to have issues with tops/waist trainers rolling up from the wideness of my hips. This fit snug and has fixed seems running the length of it that helps keep it in place. I like the way this runs the length of my torso to the top of my actual hip line. It has four sets of hook latches beneath the zipper that also help to keep in it place which I appreciate. I didn't give 5 stars because it's advertised as an athletic waist trainer but it doesn't have the insulated interior like other belts I have used. essentially it is just an additional layer of snug fitting clothing. I didn't realize that when I purchased it but the fit in itself is enough that I will be keeping it and using it.
