I should let you know that I am a guy, 5' 10" 177 # and I wear a 10 1/2 work boot. My wife is a beautician and she loves dressing and making me up so we can go clubbing in a nearby city. I was ready to admit I could never walk heels like this, but. to my surprise, the next day it was noticeably easier. So, my wife cleaned off a large area of our basement and we practiced our struts.
