Their customer service and response is wonderful. They reached out to me after I was having some difficulty with the fit of my Glock19 into the holster. They shipped me a new holster which I tested as soon as I got it and it automatically was a perfect fit. I somehow got the first holster that the thumb tab just would not reach the snap no matter what. The replacement is excellent. Please be assured these guys will get you the right product I might have been the one in a million to have a problem. Again superior product and I highly recommend this shoulder rig.
