It's very spacious (almost too much space for treats). I have a small air horn in the mesh pouch, pepper spray clipped to the front zipper pouch, two rolls of waste bags, kibble and a tennis ball in it at all times. It can fit all of that, and if you needed it to you still have space for ear buds, car keys, phone, and a small bottle of water (and clip on a collapsible bowl) without a problem. My only gripe is it doesn't hold its shape exponentially well, and even when well balanced it leans to the right, but that's also in part because I wear it directly to the front of me and it shifts as I walk. The strap that came with is good quality but I expect to need to replace it after a year just from general wear and tear / constant use. Absolutely recommend. I take this on every single walk and love how large the treat opening is for training.
