It gets twisted up constantly to the point where you can no longer jump and since it is wire it does not untwist easily2. The coating around the wire cracked and started falling off after only two uses in a parking lot3. The rubber ends popped off while I was jumping never to be found again, I had to replace them with electrical tape4. Even with electrical tape, sometimes the rope would just fall out of the handles5. If the rope slaps you it is going to hurt because it is wire6.
