It has decent storage and is adjustable. I used it to carry an iPhone a pack of running gummies on longer runs and it was sufficient for that. The elastic strap allows for a fair amount of bounce as you are running and also causes the belt to relax and get loose, so that’s an annoyance but it can be tolerated. This is also decidedly not waterproof of sweat proof. On my fourth run the elastic band gave out at the adjustment clip and this thing is basically useless unless I tie it together. Given the price I am not too sure how to feel about this - I was going for a cheaper alternative that allowed me some storage and was willing to trade some aesthetics and quality for cost. Maybe I just got a defective one but I suspect the issue is how the ends of the waist straps are connected.
