EA states per their help policy that I need to go back to desertcart. Between 4/4/24 and 5/3/24 I spoke with EA support 4 times, each time I was told to go back to desertcart. During this same time period, I spoke with desertcart support 6 times, I was told a ticket was created 3 different times, spoke with 3 different supervisors. 2 supervisors told me a ticket was being escalated to EA to find out the status of the ticket, the 3rd supervisor on 5/3/24 advised that there never was a ticket created and it's beyond their scope of support and i need to go back to EA.
