The convenience is much appreciated as well. I baked mine in 8” round pans using a toaster oven and was pleased with the results. The one drawback is the price, yet the sesame seeds are of quality and can be expensive to buy. If it were less costly, I would bake this recipe often. While other recipes for Irish soda bread, either traditional, or similar to this one, are not hard to make, and dates may be used in place of raisins, I remain very impressed with this convenient mix. If it were less costly, I would stock up on this item for frequent use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delicious! *by A***R on April 20, 2019* Although this didn't taste like "real" Irish soda bread to me, it was delicious and many of our guests for St. Patrick's Day, who did not need to eat gluten free, chose to eat it instead of the "real" Irish soda bread. It is sweeter than most soda bread, and has a more cake-like texture, but it a delicious treat, especially when you add raisins.
