I can go longer between chebe applications (7 instead of the recommended 3-5 days) because of the added moisture with no greasy or sticky feel. I alternate this with scalp massages with my homemade growth oil. It even helps keeps my edges and nape area under control and I have type 4 hair! A little goes a long way.
