The top handles are straps with buckles on both sides - I kept it the bag but am finding the straps are bulky and getting in the way of the zip.The zip is full width but stops just one cm short of the end so you can’t overfill the bag or the zip drifts open.I would probably have returned it after the first use if I could. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it... *by J***E on 10 April 2019* Couldn't be happier with my new bag.
