This is great ink. Not just because the price is surprising. This is as good as factory far as I can tell and I print a lot of images and maps in high detail and lots of color. So I'm impressed. Not just with the product but also the service. I had one of the colors (blue/cyan) that had an odd triangle shape on it. I emailed them and they immediately sent me a replacement. I have an HP Color Laser M245dw. After about a year after buying these cartridges, I finally installed the magenta toner, and there was an issue with it - my printer wouldn't accept it. Contacted customer service and they shipped me a replacement free of charge and free shipping. It came within a couple days and worked like a charm. Great experience and pleasant surprise! Will buy from them again.

Purchased these in January 2024 in anticipation of replacing cartridges. Did so in April and received a message from the printer saying the cartridges were unauthorized. Online tech support says the chip in the cartridges will be updated with new firmware releases, but that occurred in November 2023, so the chips weren't updated in these cartridges and they are useless to me. I have used generic cartridges in the past with success but not these. Update August 2024: A Customer Service representative from the company selling the cartridges contacted me after seeing my negative review and offered a full refund and a new set of cartridges to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The representative noted that the problem was likely a defective chip or installation issue and likely an isolated incident. The refund was given promptly as an Amazon gift card and the new set of cartridges arrived soon thereafter. i received the same error message from the printer indicating the cartridges were unauthorized after installing the new cartridges, which indicated that the original problem was not a defective chip. I relayed this information to the customer service rep and they provided instructions to turn off cartridge protection in the printer settings. That solved the problem and the printer is now working. Based on my limited experience thus far, the print quality is good and the price much less than OEM cartridges. Overall, the company made it right and I'm satisfied with the quality of the product. The four-star rating reflects the omission of instructions for changing cartridge protection settings in the original packaging, which would have prevented this issue from occurring.

To get the full 4 toner cartridges from HP would have set me back almost $600 CAD. For $80 CAD, I got nearly identical color and full compatibility with my HP laser printer. Yellow is slightly darker than the original, though that might be because it was low and wasn't able to print to full color. The difference is hard to spot without being side-by-side. Shipping was super quick. It arrived two days sooner than expected.
