I was a little leery about buying this bag because I never heard of the name brand before. The interior for the laptop is very soft. There is an extra slot for books or folders, and another area for pens. Nice and thick over all and not too bulky. If traveling, it has a zip up slot that attaches to the arm of a luggage bag. Much nicer than the Incase bags in my opinion. Too bad there aren't more color options. The shoulder strap has padding and the strap itself is adjustable. Totally worth it.
