The wheels roll smoothly, the seat is roomy, the backrest is quite comfy though I typically don't lean back in my chairs (I prefer to sit at ~90degrees), so no complaints there. There are few complaints I have about the chair; It is a bit difficult to keep clean as the folds in the design tend to trap dust and dander quite well. and the leather has cracked through use on the headrest and armrest areas. Although the leather is easily scratchable and cracks a bit here and there, the leather is nice, it is extremely comfortable, and it was easy enough to put together. However, Today I shifted my weight a bit as I normally do with my arms on the arm rests.
